Moose hunting during the rut is an individual trophy hunting of the elk-bulls when on heat. Every hunter is accompanied by 1-2 professional hunting guides. Attendant lures a bull to the shooter within gunshot imitated elk-bull's or elk-cow's sounds. Hunting is done in the morning (cca. from 5-00 to 8-00) and in the evening (cca. from 19-00 to 22-00).

Hunting gun - rifle only (Caliber not less than 7,62 х 51) with optical sight (magnification - no more than 4). Hunting ammunition - expansive only. Preliminary zeroing on at the hunting place is compulsory!
